Job Description: The Quality Assurance Administrator will be working with suppliers to make sure the MSDA sheets are correct and up to date, verifying the ingredients are all accurate, entering data, maintaining up-to-date document request material, analyzing supplier food safety audits for critical and major deficiencies, auditing corrective actions for critical and major deficiencies found and analyzing ingredient data for pertinent food safety criteria with emphasis on the ingredient statement. The Quality Assurance Administrator will also be working with HACCP and allergen information, providing summary of analysis with observations and recommendations, supporting the manager in determining new supplier risk, audits or other relevant food safety and quality parameters and helping with other tasks as needed. Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm. Length: Temporary to Hire! Pay for the Quality Assurance Administrator: $15.00 / hr. Location: Green Bay, WI.
Qualifications: Must have 3 years of quality assurance experience or have recent biology, science or food science degree. Strongly prefer manufacturing or food industry experience. Must have quality experience working with a product rather than a service. Must have a Bachelor’s degree. Must have MSWD and Excel skills. Prefer Access or SAP experience.
