Posted on January 06 2014

Silver Lake College of the Holy Family is delighted to host its first annual Food & Wine Pairing Event on Saturday, January 25th at 6:00 pm. The event will be held in the stunning glass and stone clad Ariens Atrium of the beautiful new Franciscan Music Center on the west side of the College campus, 2406 South Alverno Road, Manitowoc. The evening will begin with a champagne reception, followed by five courses of mouth-watering hors d’oeuvres, each paired with a delightful wine selection. Guests will learn how tastes and flavor notes of foods are accentuated by different wines, and how to make a perfect pairing. Entertainment for this elegant evening will include a live jazz quartet. Tickets are $50 per person, and each includes a complimentary bottle of wine. Makes a wonderful gift! Please contact Event and Conference Coordinator Hollie Marcola-Pichla at 920-686-6173 no later than January 17th for tickets.
