Space still available in Silver Lake College Spring 2013 Music for Tots® classes in Manitowoc, Green Bay, and Sheboygan Beginning February 11

The spring 2013 sessions of Music for Tots begin the week of February 11. Classes will be offered in Manitowoc at Silver Lake College, in Green Bay at St. Philip’s Catholic School, and in Sheboygan at Ebenezer UCC Church. The next sessions in fall 2013 begin in September. Instructors at the Silver Lake College location will be Becky Haen on Tuesday mornings and Pam Quick on Wednesday evenings.  Pam will also teach Monday mornings and evenings in Green Bay. Instructors at the Sheboygan location will be Donna Roblee on Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings, and Sally Haines on Monday evenings. Guest Artist Exhibit: Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum with Guest Talk January 29

Silver Lake College of the Holy Family is delighted to present Guest Artist Exhibit: Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum, on display in the College Hallway Gallery (Art Wing, East entrance) and open to the public between January 11 and February 13, 2013.  Exhibit hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and    8 am to 4:30 pm Friday and Saturday. The exhibition will include a selection from the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum permanent collection, and original handmade books created by Assistant Museum Director, Stephanie Carpenter. Jim Moran, Hamilton Museum Director, will join us for a guest talk on Tuesday, January 29 at 1:00 pm in room 102 (Art Wing, East entrance) to discuss the museum’s rich history, the art of the letter press, and the museum’s current endeavors.
