The Silver Lake College of the Holy Family Cross Country team recently had five team members named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National All-Academic team.  To be eligible, student athletes must have sophomore standing and a 3.5 grade point average or higher.  Representing the Laker Men’s team was Jack Blattner (Roncalli H.S., 2nd award).  The Lady Lakers who received the award included Mary Bettag (Roncalli H.S., 2nd award), Sophia Chin (Lincoln H.S., 2nd award), Taylor Vanden Plas (Green Bay Preble H.S., 1st award) and Kimberly Voelker (Mishicot H.S., 2nd award).  “All five of these students are perfect examples of a model student-athlete” according to Head Coach Ryan Roberts.
